11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga A good class if you’re new to yoga, or if you want a meditative practice which is soothing to your nervous system. Some restorative poses included, to deeply relax you and activate your body’s own healing powers. The Asana Room. Prices as above for 9:00 a.m. class.
