If you’ve been attending Yoga classes for a while, even intermittently, you already know how your level of flexibility is expanded and maintained by a regular practice.

Perhaps you know someone who doesn’t think they can do Yoga because of how stiff they are. And just maybe they complain about their lack of flexibility.  Please feel free to forward this video to them.
