All-Levels Yoga Practice

Noon - 12:50 PM

Break for Lunch; bring your own or visit a local eatery

12:50 - 1:20 PM

Guided Meditation

1:20 - 1:40 PM

Silent Pause for short walk, tea, etc., or you can stay in studio and continue meditating. There will be no talking during this time.

1:45 - 3:00 PM

Gentle Yoga Practice, with extended Savasana
