Autumn Yoga for You


As I type this, I’m pausing to receive a full inhale, right down to my belly. Now the exhale is gently flowing out, slowly….
Again, eyes half-open.
And once more, shoulders relaxing.

Ah, much better. I was feeling rushed to get this information out to you. As you’re well aware, restrictions have been changing, and even now there are grey areas with respect to Yoga. If I don’t see you on the mat, I’ll understand that you might not be feeling comfortable yet in returning to a group indoor setting. I hope your Yogic needs are being met in other ways.
