Suggested recipe
- Use 4 or more pieces per cup.
- Add hot liquid (water, herbal tea, grain or nut milk).
- Allow to melt for 15 second, then whisk or blend.
- Sweeten if desired (raw honey, cane juice crystals, maple syrup).

Why is a Yoga teacher selling chocolate? This is best answered with my Personal Mission Statement:
To increase joy and health in the world by teaching, nourishing, and entertaining others.
Yoga is a time-tested and deeply effective system for maintaining good health throughout our lifetime. It’s been a wellness companion for most of my life, which is why I’m so passionate to share its gifts with as many people as I can. This ticks the first and third boxes of my Mission Statement: “teaching and entertaining” (yes, there’s always laughter in my Yoga classes).
Introducing people to Black Jaguar chocolate ticks the second box: nourishment. You’ve probably heard about the health benefits of dark chocolate. Just yesterday I came across a study showing that one component in chocolate enhances cognition significantly.
A few years ago I went on an anti-inflammatory food program, part of which involved eliminating sugar. When I started drinking this hot chocolate, my sugar cravings mostly disappeared. It brought a whole new pleasure to my days.
